Quick and friendly service. I got the class combo 8/10! With the pork bun 8.5/10. The sauce on the pork buns was sweet and good it was a nice balance with the pork. Shrimp hand roll was good and it was HUGE haha!8/10 Goyza was yum 7/10

We have tried many other ramen places but none are as good as Silverlake. It has the best ramen in Orange County. Make sure you show up 30-40 minutes before traditional lunch or dinner times because it gets PACKED here. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!

We were in the mood for ramen as we were shopping. Found this place which had good reviews on yelp. The inside of the restaurant was really pretty and had cute little murals on the wall. The service was good. It was minimum at best nothing too special. I ordered the Blaze ramen with pork. This Ramen was spicy, but a good amount of spice level for me and the soup broth was very creamy and really good. The pork came in one thick strip, but it was very soft and tender and really good. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

Definitely be prepared that when going on a weekend that the wait will be long but WORTH IT! My friends ended our evening with some ramen. I ordered the Cajun Mazemen(soupless ramen) and it was delicious and the portion size was incredible. Order it as a combo is recommended! You'll be able to try one of their appetizers when ordering with the combo. Don't forget to sign up for the loyalty program for a freebie. Will definitely be back!

While it's not my favorite ramen shop, it's one of my favorite places to eat when at Spectrum. It's usually less crowded than other places with little to no wait. Their tonkatsu ramen is tasty and my boyfriend usually loves the fried chicken appetizer. We also like that they have combo options for ramen and a side dish. Taking a star off for service because usually when we come here there aren't enough servers and it takes FOREVER for them to get our orders.

Walking around the spectrum, we happened to discover this place. First time here. Came in on Valentine's Day which happened to be a Friday this year. Got here around 4:45ish. We got seated quickly and our server brought us some waters. Looking through the menu we decided to try some ramen so we got the combo deal which came with ramen and a limited selection of appetizers. We ended up getting the gyoza and spicy garlic edamame. Both were great. The gyoza really stood out though. The sauce they paired it with was so good. I highly recommend. We decided to try the blaze (tonkatsu) with medium spice. It was delicious. Prefect amount of spice. Everything we had was so flavorful. My boyfriend ordered a lemonade and he said it was fresh and tasty. The ambiance was typical. Average noise level. Overall this place is a must try.

Stopped by for lunch from SD on our way back home to Fresno. We waited a few minutes at the front for someone to greet and sit us. We had 7 in our party (one stroller and 2kids) we ended up sitting at separate tables to avoid waiting since every table was almost filled. I ordered the blaze ramen(mild spice) with chicken as my choice of protein. My husband got the garlic truffle with pork and I ordered a California roll for my daughter. Service was pretty fast got our order in about 10mins. The broth to my blaze ramen was delicious a bit spicer than the mild I had requested but that was okay. My husband's ramen lived up to its name and tasted of garlic it was also very good. The California roll had fresh ingredients. Their bowl portions were large. Overall I was very pleased with this place. The service was fast and the staff were friendly. The food was also delicious. Resturant and restroom clean, kid friendly. I would return!

A much needed updated review on Silverlake Ramen. The wait on a Friday night was around 45 minutes. I like how they have the new combo that we can choose from and I chose the Blaze Ramen (spicy on the side) and an appetizer of cripsy chicken karaage. The Blaze Ramen is still my favorite ramen that I get from here. The broth is rich and full of flavor. The chashu is tender and falls apart. Not only that but the chicken karaage came out crispy but in huge pieces! I expected them to be smaller but I'm not complaining.

This is my 2nd time trying SilverLake Ramen 11.27.24 My 1st time was their Chino Hills Location. Cane here during Thanksgiving Break. Wanted some yummy warm soup along with I love ramen & loved SilverLake Ramen when I had it before. Got to the restaurant 10 mins til 9 p.m. They close at 10 p.m. but per the host at the entrance of the restaurant started that they weren't taking any more dine in customers because they had 10 people already on the waiting list. Was pretty bummed since mee and my girlfriend was hungry. So we decided to order it to go. What I got ~ Blaze Ramen w Pork. The broth is very creamy and full of flavor. The noodles were good and chewy. A decent amount. The spice level was really good. It was really spicy. FYI if you don't want too much spice. Recommend getting it med spicy. This one is my all time fav ramen here. Pork slices were thick and soft. Host was sweet and very friendly. Got our items to go within a good amount of time. The restaurant is pretty spacious and big w lots of booths table along w outdoor covered patio seatings. Nice typical Ramen restaurant. Restaurant is next to the Dive Oyster Bar & Shake Shack. Not far from Somi Somi Ice cream & dessert.
